As Victor Hugo wrote, "La forme est le fond qui remonte à la surface" – there is no appearance without essence. Finding the right balance between both, has guided every decision in my career.

I studied International Business while simultaneously graduating from La Fémis film school, forging a connection between strategic business objectives and compelling storytelling. This dual background taught me that effective leadership communication requires both analytical rigor and narrative mastery.

My career began at Havas, where I worked with EURO RSCG's political and institutional communication agency. Managing high-stakes projects for C-suite leaders and politicians confirmed my passion for building relationships rooted in trust and authentic connection. This experience sparked my entrepreneurial journey – I founded my own PR & Influence agency, serving diverse clients from politics (FIA/Jacques Chirac, Ministry of Employment) to media (Groupe Figaro), retail (FNAC, Darty) and culture (UNESCO). Followed by several years of high level consultancy at CEO and boardroom level in the field of Executive Presence & Influence.

Through studying, consulting, and connecting with leaders across industries, I learned  that we're all in the business of influence. Whether we're convincing ourselves to take the right action or inspiring others to join our vision, success depends on our ability to communicate and engage.
